I document 99% of my outfits.
A lot of those outfits end up on my Instagram or Instagram Stories. Aside for documenting to share with my audiences, I also just love have a digital library of outfits I’ve been wearing. I use them as inspiration (more on that soon!), and really love looking back when I’m stumped in the morning.
I wore this for a morning walk over to the west side. Rob and I love walking Sal through the park and then wandering along Columbus or Amsterdam! It’s how we easily get our steps in for the day.
A lighter weight maxi tiered skirt (another option here) a perfect summer and early fall outfit. I love pairing my skirt with a sweatshirt and cannot wait for the temps to cool down. This Madewell bag (on sale!!) has been a love in my closet since I got it. I think the leather grommet straps help make it fit in with other transitional fall pieces.
I love throwing a sweater or sweatshirt over my shoulders. Whether it’s to keep my shoulders out of the sun, keep me a little warm on chillier mornings, or if I’ll need at some point in the day (AC in stores, restaurants, etc.).
Adding a baseball cap to this outfit helped make it super casual, and I loved that little touch!
Here’s a good example of having an outfit formula yet a completely different outfit outcome. Another coffee walk outfit, and it looks pretty similar to the outfit above except it’s definitely more relaxed and casual.
A cute pair of silky pants (these are from last year, but found similar ones here), paired with a cami and another way to wear your sweatshirts in the summer!
This bag was a gift from The Horse, and I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s a really great size, and the leather is beautiful! The strap is also adjustable, so I can make it into a crossbody if I wear it for longer walks.
And another coffee walk outfit with this bag. You can see how spacious it is, and I like that it’s somewhat slouchy! It’s the perfect companion for a walk (especially when I need to carry Sal’s water bottle).
A few weekends ago we got a sliiiiiiiiiver of fall in New York. A tiny sliver. I took full advantage of wearing a sweater and actually not sweating. I put on a pair of my poplin pants and jelly flats. We also took full advantage of the weather and walked a ton.
I felt like adding something else to my outfit, so I put on one of my little scarves!
At night, I took advantage of an outfit change for our evening walk with Sal. I got these ecru barrel jeans and I’m really excited to wear them with dark sweaters. I love a good Bretton stripe, I just got this one for fall!
This Frank & Eileen sweater is something I’ve been talking about for almost one year. It truly is the perfect sweater. Absolutely an investment, but I have never loved a sweater more. I’m wearing it in navy above and also have in black.
Ok so I’m wearing this bag in 97% of these outfits. Convinced yet?
I never knew I needed a pair of scallop shorts until I got a pair of scallop shorts. They’re casual yet slightly elevated in such a cute way. I love them paired with an oversized button down and flats. A perfect “out and about” outfit!!
Omg the leopard pants. Love these looks!!! (As always)
